Returns & Cancellations Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Spirit Clothing, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or, where requested and available, exchange the item for a different size or colour.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled and dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled, it will be subject to the returns policy outlined above.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

How to Return an Item

Please include your order number and indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange. If possible, please also provide the reason for the return.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for an alternative size or colour, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are available only for the same product and may take up to 7 days to process once received and approved.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing. During busy periods, refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed by your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for unwanted items.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge, following inspection of the returned item.

Product Restrictions

Irish Diesel products available on this website can only be shipped to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.
