If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Spiritclothing.ie simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt(45 days during the Covid 19 crisis.). We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned to us unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. The latest acceptable date for returns is 14 days after you receive your order. We have extended the returns period to 45 days during the Covid 19 crisis. Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund items lost in the post. All goods should be returned to:

If you return an item for whatever reason and you go below the initial €80 order value or return a single order item for a refund and received free shipping you will be charged an adjustment fee of €5 to cover the cost of the initial shipping of the order to you.
*Orders over €80 are delivered FREE in ROI (Shipping is calculated on value of order after any discount voucher taken away). Orders placed in ROI are subject to a delivery charge of €5 if the order value is under €80.
Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. How do I return items? Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the return date shown (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required). Tags must not be removed from garments and that all labels and original packaging must be present and the product in the condition you would expect to receive an 'as new product', for us to be able to refund the returned items. Please clearly state whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require.
Please ensure that the delivery note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Can I exchange items? Yes - we will exchange items due to incorrect sizing as long as it is still in 'as new' condition.
We only offer exchanges of the same product in a different size and/or colour. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge. If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund (excluding the original shipping and handling cost) . You may only make an exchange on the same item once. All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return. After you have received the email please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. If you are returning an item because it is unwanted delivery charge is non-refundable. If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered will we issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
Orders and Contract
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Spirit Clothing and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Spirit Clothing, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Spirit Clothing acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by Spirit Clothing, or may be cancelled by you.
Please allow up to 1 week for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.
